Aktivkohlematte 500x500x12 mm

Dies ist ein mit Kohlenstoff imprägnierter Filterschaum

HQ Carbon-Filterschaum ist mit hochaktivem Kohlenstoff imprägniert. Diese Imprägnierung maximiert die effektive Oberfläche des Filtermediums, ohne sein Volumen zu verändern.

Pro Millimeter Materialstärke und Quadratmeter Schaumstoff werden ca. 80 - 100 Gramm Aktivkohle imprägniert, so dass sich eine spezifische Oberfläche von 900 - 1300 m² pro Gramm ergibt.

Die offenzellige Struktur des Filterschaums reduziert zudem den Druckabfall bei der Filtration auf ein Minimum. Dies sorgt für eine optimale Luftverteilung und damit für eine maximale Ausnutzung des Kohlenstoffmaterials bei minimalem Energieaufwand.
